x402 service discovery — discoverable API endpoints for agent-to-agent commerce
These endpoints are discoverable via the CDP x402 Bazaar protocol. External agents query GET /discovery/resources to find paid API endpoints. Each endpoint returns a 402 Payment Required response with payment instructions when accessed without an X-PAYMENT header.
